Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID Card / KTP), date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. erek55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify erek55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Any account registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be immediately closed. All winnings, bonuses, and balances associated with fraudulently registered accounts will be voided and forfeited.
erek55 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before permitting withdrawals. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, protects both the User and the platform from fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

erek55 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond erek55's control. Users are advised to check their provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.
If a deposit does not reflect in your account balance within 30 minutes, or a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated processing window, please contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or WhatsApp with your transaction reference number. erek55 will investigate and resolve confirmed payment discrepancies within 3 business days.
erek55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion alongside these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Bonus of Rp 500.000 requires total wagers of at least Rp 5.000.000 on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

All bonus funds and free spin allocations expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it. Depositing while an active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
All sports bets placed on erek55 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules govern, among other things, settlement procedures, void conditions, postponed or abandoned event policies, and the treatment of partial results. Indonesian football betting markets — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) Asian handicap markets, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations — follow standard international sportsbook settlement rules.
Asian handicap markets (voor bola in Indonesian betting terminology) eliminate the draw outcome by applying a virtual goal advantage or deficit. If a match is abandoned before completing the minimum required playing time stipulated in the relevant sport's rules, all Asian handicap bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability and platform capacity. erek55 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid. erek55 is not liable for delays between live match events and the update of in-play betting interfaces caused by data feed latency.
All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant Third-Party Provider. erek55 acts as a distribution platform for these games and is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the provider's software. In the event of a proven game malfunction, bets and winnings arising from the malfunction may be voided.
erek55 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of Rp 500.000.000 per bet or spin unless otherwise stated for a specific game or market. For progressive jackpot games, the jackpot amount displayed at time of trigger constitutes the maximum payout for that jackpot event.
erek55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of an obvious error in pricing, data feed, or system configuration — even if the bet has already been settled. Such errors include but are not limited to odds significantly inconsistent with the true market value of the selection at the time of placement.

Any User found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or during an account review will have their account immediately suspended and all balances handled in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the erek55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior express written permission of erek55.

erek55 is not liable for the conduct, content, policies, or availability of third-party services accessed through or in connection with the platform, including payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) and Third-Party game providers. Any disputes with payment providers must be resolved directly with the relevant institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, erek55's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User into their account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
erek55 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if erek55 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
erek55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, if erek55 reasonably determines that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or if erek55 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the erek55 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all active bonus funds will be forfeited, all outstanding wagers will be settled according to their applicable rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to KYC verification) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, the User's license to access the erek55 platform is immediately revoked. All outstanding balances, bonus funds, and VIP loyalty points associated with an account closed for Terms violations will be forfeited. erek55 will retain transaction records and account data for the period required by applicable law and our internal compliance obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. erek55 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform serving Indonesian players. No claim arising from or related to your use of the erek55 platform may be brought more than twelve (12) months after the date on which the event giving rise to the claim first occurred, except where a longer period is required by mandatory applicable law.
erek55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, erek55 will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the erek55 website. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be made without notice.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the erek55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
